Transfer of 25000 cadre administratifs

Please , i wish to know about our transfers as" CADRE ADMINISTRATIFS" .In accordance with the ministerial arretez signed on the 30-01-2012 we were deployed to the human ressource department for further redeployment through out the national territory; and that it takes effect two weeks from the date of signature. We are very stranded; where do we go from here; please sir , make a communiqué.
